Interviews are scheduled by the operator; the date and video link appear on your page (no direct contact with the agency needed). Hired = placement. The agency pays JPY 80,000 to OKURI BASE; we deduct the 25% platform fee and transfer JPY 60,000 to your bank account.
The sending fee is a flat JPY 80,000 per candidate, paid by the Japanese agency to OKURI BASE. 25% (JPY 20,000) is the platform fee; JPY 60,000 is transferred to you after we receive payment.
In line with Japan's Employment Security Act and the bilateral MOCs, you must meet the following:
Submit the license or registration proving you are authorized to send workers abroad.
You pledge not to collect deposits from candidates or their families, not to set penalty clauses, and not to lend travel costs.
Report Japanese level, skills-test results and availability truthfully in every proposal. Organizations that submit falsified information are removed.
